Quick Blade Kanaha All Carbon
Making Paddles since 1989 Quickblade products are the natural evolution of paddle performance founded on years of competitive racing by Jim Terrell. Jim's paddling career began in southwest Ohio on the Little Miami River near his hometown of Milford. The signature feature of all Quickblade paddles is excellent performance. A quick catch at the beginning and a clean exit at the end of the stroke prompted the name Quickblade. Only after determining the ultimate requirements for performance, was the compromise of strength, durability, lightweight and cost addressed.  Our most popular paddle. No surprise since it’s extremely lightweight thanks to its all-carbon fiber construction and also has earned a reputation for its strength, durability and versatility. The blade of this paddle has been thoughtfully designed to maximize all four phases of the stroke. The slightly curved tip makes for a clean, fast catch. A slight dihedral contour on the face keeps the blade from twisting.

Quick Blade Kanaha FG
Not everybody who decides to try standup paddling decides to try the exact same type of standup paddling. In standup paddling, the old saying “Different strokes for different folks” is certainly true. It makes sense, then, that there are different types of standup surf paddles, and Quick Blade makes three. The Elite Racer paddle is for real speed, whether standup paddling in the surf, on the ocean or on a lake. The Peahi is for those who prefer to take on bigger waves with their standup surfboard. And the Kanaha is for lakes or mild surf standup paddling.  The Kanaha standup paddle is named after the famous Kanaha surf break on Maui. The Kanaha standup paddle gives you an extremely efficient and durable blade. It features a slight dihedral on both sides of the all-carbon blade, which improves stability along the longitudinal axis during the power phase, meaning you don’t have to fight to keep the blade from twisting as you paddle. The Kanaha blade also incorporates an ABS plastic edge for improved impact strength. All of this technology resides at the end of a smooth, lightweight carbon fiber shaft, for a strong paddle that won’t fatigue your shoulders lifting it in and out of the water all day long.

You might not have need of camouflaging your handle in the water, but you always have a need to look good while standup paddling.
